She grew up in a family-run restaurant and bakery in Bound Brook, NJ, where bread was so good that customers would drive all the way from Pennsylvania just for a taste. That’s where she learned that cooking wasn’t just about recipes, it was about heart, soul, and taking your time.

Today, through her own company, Fussy Caterer Creations, Jean brings this same dedication and warmth to every meal she serves. And when she says “fussy,” she means it in the best way possible. She carefully picks every premium ingredient, thoughtfully designs every dish, and pays attention to those small details that turn good meals into great ones.

“Look, I’m picky about what I put into my body, and I think my clients are too,” Jean says with a laugh. “People deserve good food, made the right way.”
