We can and do cook anything you would special request so therefore, menus here are a mere guideline. All menus are tailored to your liking and specifications. We have even been entrusted with  the recipes that are cherished family secrets to be deciphered on old yellowed, crumbling paper, the ink barely visible  and  have re-created those nostalgic, magical dishes for holiday meals for an appreciative and tearful family....we CAN and DO cook EVERYTHING. Prices are not listed on this website as our service is a very personal one. Everyone's idea of an appropriate menu is different, and as you can see we provide many foods from which to choose. Therefore, we cannot give out a price until we discuss some menu details with you. When considering our service it is ESSENTIAL that we speak with you to ensure the services you select will be absolutely perfect for your guest and recipients, this is what sets us apart from impersonal online ordering. We strongly believe in the human aspect of enjoying food around a common table and would encourage same.

 Menus may be discussed by telephone contact or at a personal appointment convenient to you. Again, we can custom design any affair according to any budget. For example, our EXCLUSIVE FULL organic menu is available and absolutely  may be selected at a small premium upcharge. 

The menus are seasonal and will change frequently. It is of the UTMOST importance to us to use the freshest possible in-season ingredients that are available.  Be assured, whenever possible, THIRD-PARTY Certified organic foods, and responsibly sourced items are used in preparation.
